At aCELLerated Interventional Orthopedics, Dr. Brian Rich specializes in spine and pain management for adults in Decatur, Texas, and Lawton, Oklahoma. With over 14 years as an endurance athlete and competitive cyclist, Dr. Rich applies his passion for sports medicine to interventional orthopedics and pain relief. After earning his medical degree, he completed a family practice residency focusing on sports medicine, where he treated athletes at two Division I colleges. He further specialized in sports medicine at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa, where he continues to teach as a clinical assistant instructor.

Dr. Rich’s approach to pain management is influenced by his sports medicine background, aiming to enhance each patient’s functionality and quality of life. He is an active member of major interventional pain and neuromodulation societies and is proficient in fluoroscopic and musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided procedures.
